Our creams are thoughtfully designed in New York, USA and responsibly manufactured in South Korea.
Are Hairless Whisper products tested on animals?
At Hairless Whisper, we are proud of both our products and our love for animals, which is why we never conduct any animal testing on our products.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, GCash, PayPal, and Cash-on-Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Presently, our shipping is limited to the United States and The Philippines. But we have plans to extend our services to include international destinations.

What is the application process?
1. Before using the hair removal cream, perform a patch test on a small area of skin to check for any adverse reactions. Wait for 24 hours and if there is no negative reaction, you may proceed with using the product.
2. Wash the area to be treated with warm water and mild soap. Ensure that the area is completely dry before applying the product.
3. Using the spatula provided, apply a generous amount of cream evenly to the desired area until the hair is covered. Do not rub the cream into the skin.
4. Leave the cream on the skin for 8-15 minutes. Do not exceed 15 minutes.
5. Rinse and gently remove the cream with the spatula or any wiping material available, then Rinse the area thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
Why perform a patch test?
It is recommended to perform a patch test to check for any potential allergic reactions to the product. It is better to have a dime-sized amount of irritated skin rather than the whole intended area of application.
What is a depilatory cream and how does it work?
Depilatory creams, used for hair removal, contain an active ingredient called thioglycolic acid which dissolves the hair shaft at its base.
How long before the hair grows back after using the depilatory cream?
Typically, hair will begin to grow back in about 3 to 4 days. Because the cream dissolves hair just below the skin’s surface, it will last 3-5 times longer than trimming or shaving.
Is this product safe for your skin?
Yes! Not only is it safe for your skin, but our hair removal creams also contain ingredients such as hyaluronic acid to help heal and moisturize the skin, aloe vera to soothe the skin, olive oil and coconut oil to help with the healing process, and vitamin E with Collagen for softening and reducing inflammation.
Where is the product safe to use?
Our Hairless Whisper Intimate cream is made to be safely used on your scrotum, pubic/groin, and perianal areas, meaning it could also be used on your legs, chest, armpits.
Can women use the product?
Of course! While most of our customers are men, Hairless Whisper works perfectly for women as well.
Does the cream have an odor?
While the active ingredient does have some odor, our depilatory cream was designed with other ingredients and scents to mask the smell. Our cream does not nearly compare to the unpleasant smell as from other brands.
How long does it take for Hairless Whisper to work?
The cream starts acting in about 3 minutes depending on your hair type. However, we recommend you leave the cream on for at least 8 minutes.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs for the return.
How long until I receive my refund after a return?
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping costs for the return, to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
